Alex is an associate attorney who primarily represents clients in transactional matters including entity formation, commercial transactions, real estate law, and estate planning.

Alex also provides representation in civil litigation. Alex’s energy and critical thinking skills bring value to his clients in resolving their legal matters and accomplishing their goals.

Alex was born and raised in Lewiston, Maine and is a graduate of St. Dominic Academy, Bates College, and the University of Maine School of Law. Alex was a standout athlete at St. Dom’s. He was the team captain for six teams and was named as a Travis Roy award finalist, an award given to the best senior high school hockey player in the state. Alex was a member of the 2007 and 2010 St. Dom’s soccer state championship teams, the 2009 and 2011 St. Dom’s baseball state championship teams, and on the 2010 and 2011 Gayton Post state championship teams in the American Legion baseball conference. Alex also “walked on” and played baseball at Bates College.

Upon graduation from Bates, Alex attended the University of Maine School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude in May 2018. In law school, Alex took a balance of courses where he gained both pre-trial and trial litigation skills, along with knowledge of corporate and tax matters, commercial transactions, and real estate law. Alex was a CALI Award Recipient in Real Estate Transactions in 2018.

Alex has great leadership skills, and a high compete level. He uses his drive to win and competitive spirit to obtain the best results for his clients.
