Medical, Dental and Professional Licensing
The firm represents medical, dental, health care practitioners, and professional licensees in matters affecting their professional licensure. The attorneys have defended professional licensees before the Board of Dental Examiners, the Board of Licensure in Medicine, the Board of Nursing, the Board of Social Work Licensure, and other licensing bodies involving a wide range of complaints including those initiated by a particular Board and complaints initiated by patients or other providers involving issues related to incompetence, misconduct, violations in the standard of care, and ethical issues.
