Pasquale Maiorino (Retired)

Pasquale is more familiar to us as Pat. He was admitted to the Maine Bar in 1973, joining the law firm of Platz & Thompson in Lewiston, Maine that same year where his practice specialized in corporate, real estate, commercial and banking law.

He left private law practice in 1993 to pursue an interest in real estate development and investment banking. For over 20 years, he served as the principal affiliated with Platz Associates in the development of commercial real estate projects in central and southern Maine.

He was a principal in an entity which entered into a joint agreement with the city of Lewiston to restore and develop the Bates Mill complex. Pat joined this firm in 1997 where today he is of counsel. Pat’s professional affiliations include the American Bar Association, the Maine Bar Association and the Androscoggin County Bar Association.

Over the years Pat has and continues to be very involved in the Lewiston-Auburn community, serving as a member and/or director on various for-profit and non-profit boards. He has sat on the board of directors for Androscoggin Bank since 1988 where he serves as the chairman of the Finance Committee and has been chairman of the Board of Directors since 2010. He is also a member of Maine Angel Investors.

Pat and his wife Donna reside in Falmouth, Maine. Their daughter, Gina, graduated from St. Dominic’s Regional High School and is a Registered Nurse in Sarasota, Florida. Pat enjoys golf and fly-fishing. He and Donna are avid world travelers.
